Where Brad and Britt Are Wrong: Version III

Brad and Britt.  Gotta love ’em.  Even when they are wrong, ya gotta love ’em.

So, this morning I caught ’em discussing the Greensboro mayor’s decision to bring back prayer before gaveling open a city council meeting.   Apparently for years now, the city hasn’t opened the session with a prayer.  Now, however, the mayor has thought it wise to invoke Deity.

And Brad is beside himself.  HE can’t understand why, why you would go and “poke” someone when you don’t need to.  Why you would bring this contentious issue to the forefront when ya don’t have to.  Why, when some of the surrounding cities are going through what they are going through, would you invite this on yourself?

Why, when the cities and states around the country are going to …. [wait for it] …. going to ….. [this is awesome] … going to HELL, why would you wanna pray?

Blink.

Blink.

Serious.  When one finds oneself on the path to hell Mr. Krantz, that might be the single best time to pray.

But that’s just me.
